International Programs

CFAR investigators are currently involved in research projects around the globe, and are funded to provide training in an array of techniques. Roll-over the map to see what we are studying.

The NYU CFAR supports three programs in Kenya:

  • Clinical study on responses to therapy in Africans
  • Early infant diagnosis of HIV in resource-limited settings
  • HIV Treatment program at the BOMU Medical Center under a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention working through the Presidential Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief.

In addition, The NYU CFAR has established programs in Cameroon, South Africa, Poland, India and China.
