Study Objective:

To compare different ways of testing for oral HPV infection in HIV-positive men.

Volunteers complete 3 study visits plus a brief telephone follow up over 20 days. If you have a CD4+ T cell count collected at screening, you will complete 4 study visits. Before entering the study, volunteers will have an oral exam performed by the study doctor or nurse.

On study, volunteers will have oral samples collected using SCOPE® mouthwash and gargle rinse, an oral brush, and a cotton swab. Volunteers will be randomized to complete the oral sample collection methods in different orders. Oral samples will be collected at Day 1, Day 8, and Day 15.
